LogicSpace
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026Overview
LogicSpace helps users capture spaces, create floor plans, review project data, and sync work with the LogicSpace web service. We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, project sync, capture processing, subscriptions, support, security, and product reliability.
Information We Collect
Account data may include your name, email address, authentication provider identifier, and session information. Project data may include project names, addresses entered by you, floor plans, measurements, room labels, panorama references, and related project metadata.
Capture data may include camera, LiDAR, RoomPlan, ARFrame, depth, point evidence, images, panoramas, and diagnostic metadata when you choose to scan or upload a project. Subscription data may include App Store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal events, refunds, and project-credit usage records.
When you choose Google Sign-In, the Google Sign-In SDK may process your name, email address, phone number, approximate location, account and device identifiers, other sign-in data, and usage data for sign-in, app functionality, and SDK analytics. The SDK privacy manifest marks these data as linked to the user and not used for tracking. LogicSpace requests basic sign-in profile scopes; Google's processing is also governed by its Privacy Policy.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, save and sync projects, process captures, generate floor plan outputs, provide subscription access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that operate hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, crash reporting, payment, or App Store subscription infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
Retention
We keep account, project, capture, subscription, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Users can delete their LogicSpace account from Account settings in the app or contact support. Account deletion removes the account and its cloud project records and assets, subject to legal obligations and retained backups. Deleting a project from the iPhone Storage screen removes only the local copy; a synced cloud copy is not deleted. Contact support to request deletion of cloud project data.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, project, capture, and subscription data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
