Check account state
Open the app and confirm whether you are signed in. Local drafts can start without sign-in, but publishing and shared access require an account.
Create or open a project
Use the project list to start a new site record or reopen an existing one. Keep one property or job in one project so floors, plans, and 360 captures stay together.
Use the right entry point
Open the camera panel for 360 hardware, open the workflow for floorplan capture, or open results when the project is ready to publish.

Project list looks empty
Confirm the account, backend environment, and whether the project was only saved locally on another device.
Camera state looks wrong
Reopen the camera panel from the top-right camera button and reconnect the device before starting capture.
